Pooran satgur dar aayal ja eb na doh na savaab gane;
Pooran satgur dar aayal ja karam dharma na hisaab gane.
Pooran satgur kare na nafrat kahinje khadhe khaayan san;
Pooran satgur kare na nafrat pehran lahin paayan san.
Pooran satgur kare jo hirdo har bande lay vishal rahe;
Chahve avtar ta ehrhe gur jo sikh sada khushhaal rahe.

The perfect True Master does not take into account the good or bad qualities of the one who seeks his shelter;
The perfect True Master does not take into account the rites and rituals performed or not by the one who seeks his shelter.
The perfect True Master does not shun anyone on account of his food habits;
The perfect True Master does not shun anyone on account of what he likes or does not like to wear.
The perfect True Master's heart is large enough to accommodate every human being;
Avtar says, the disciple of such True Master does always prosper.

Meaning
This verse explains the qualities of a True Master, and the results of following such qualities by a devotee. The perfect True Master does not consider the good or bad qualities of the one who seeks his shelter. The perfect True Master does not see the rites and rituals performed by the one who seeks his shelter. The perfect True Master does not reject anyone on the basis of his food habits. The perfect True Master does not reject anyone on the basis of what he wears. The perfect True Master's heart is large enough to welcome every human being. Here Baba Avtar Singh ji says, the disciple of such a True Master stays happy and satisfied always.
